Community Ministry Spotlight:  This month for our Community Ministry Spotlight, we’d like to thank Rebecca Brown for her faithful service in heading up the Sunday Morning Hospitality Refreshment Team for the past 5 years. Rebecca is going to be stepping down from leading this ministry so we are in need of a new team lead. If you are interested in what this ministry involves reach out to Shelley Brader for more information.  Let’s thank Rebecca for keeping us caffeinated and serving us well these past years.

Baby Bottle Drive:  Starting April 28th, we will be collecting baby bottles for First Coast Women's Services! Pick up your baby bottle after the service, fill it up all month long with cash, coins, or checks. Return your baby bottle to the Connection Desk by May 26th! CBC will also be partnering with Debi's Diapers from April 28th - May 26th, in memory of Debi Braun. The founders of Debi's Diapers desire that diaper boxes be marked with Scripture so that needs are not only met physically, but spiritually as well. Diaper donations can be dropped off in the lobby at the Debi's Diapers/Baby Bottle Drive Station.

Promotion Sunday:  Sunday, May 26th, is Promotion Sunday! Children will move up to the next class and several groups of people will be honored during the service! We will recognize rising 4th graders and they will begin worshiping with us during the main worship service. We will also recognize graduates from High School, College and beyond! If you (or your child) are a rising 4th grader or a graduate, would you fill out this form, so that no one is left out?

Youth Fundraiser:  CBC's Youth Group is raising money to go to summer camp! If you have a project (yard work, cleaning projects, etc) you can ask to "rent" a few of our teens to come help you out! Fill out a Rent-A-Teen form to get your job on the list!

Car Wash and Lemonade Stand Fundraiser:  Come out on Saturday, May 11th, from 9am-4pm to have your car washed and enjoy a refreshing lemonade! All donations will go towards Youth Camp at FUGE! The teens have a goal of raising $6500 through their efforts during the month of May. If you have a desire to stick around and help wash some cars or hand out lemonade, all are welcome to join in the fun!

Spaghetti Dinner and Dunk Tank:  Hang out after the service on May 19th and grab some food! The fun begins when we grab a ball and try our best to send 5 people into the depths of a nice cold dunk tank! Spaghetti Dinner includes: spaghetti, garlic bread, salad and a drink for $15. Dunk Tank: $5 for 3 tosses.

VBS 2024:  VBS is coming up on June 24th-28th! In order to make VBS a success we need lots of volunteers' help. If you are interested in helping with VBS, please email Abbie Brown at eirameibba@gmail.com. 

We also need donations of 8 oz water bottles as well as items from this Amazon List. Donations can be dropped off in the church kitchen.

College & Career Singles Bible Study:  Our College & Career Singles meet for Bible study on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at 6:30 pm, and gather for game nights on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of every month!  For more information, visit our singles page.

Student Bible Study:  Our Wednesday night Student Bible study (grades 7th-12th) currently meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm at the church!  For more information on our Student ministry, go here.

Giving:  CBC family, we have several options available for giving to the ministry of our church! You can download our app and use the "Give" tab, leave a check or cash in our offering box on Sunday morning, text "cbcorangepark" to (833) 245-4536, or follow this link to our online giving page. We are very thankful for your faithfulness in giving!
